UPDATE ON BAYWOOD NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING
The 2023 Baywood Annual Meeting on Wednesday, February 22, is just over 2 weeks away. Please join us at the San Mateo Public Library Main Branch on 3rd Avenue in the Oak Room. We'll start with a wine and refreshments social at 5:30 pm. ***All meeting attendees will have a chance to win a case of Rutherford Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon.*** The official BNA meeting will be 6 pm-7:30 pm. We'll update you on what your Baywood Neighborhood Association did with the support of our community in 2022 and our plans for 2023. Drew Corbett, San Mateo City Manager, will share the impact of the recent storms, Arroyo Court flooding and what the City is doing to strengthen our future responses. Drew also will bring us the latest on the Alameda/Parrott intersection and plans to move it past its pandemic-delayed "pilot stage." Lisa Diaz Nash, San Mateo Deputy Mayor and our new District 1 Council Member, will share some of the City's 2023 priorities and listen to your ideas for Baywood and San Mateo. We strongly encourage you to join us for any or all of the meeting in person since it's been 2 years since we've been able to gather in person. If you are unable to join in person, however, you can join via the following Zoom link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/3126084826?pwd=b3BoZ-k43ZXhMcFJGYUZWTkhPMJWdz09 You'll need the Passcode: 1234 Meeting: 3312 608 4826 Please RSVP to baywoodneighborhood@gmail.com so we have enough chairs and know how many to expect on Zoom.
