2025 Holiday Lights Competition
Our Best of Baywood Holiday Lights Competition is here again! Holiday lights and decorations add a wonderful feel to our neighborhood and are a welcome reminder of the holiday season. Every June and December, a "Best of Baywood" plaque is awarded to a residence with outstanding appeal. The December award recognizes the effort and beauty of holiday light displays.
The competition for the BNA Holiday Lights Award has been fierce! The 2025 holiday season has shown a notable increase in neighborhood holiday lights and decorations. We have had 15 homes nominated for consideration, and there were many more Baywood homes overall with holiday lights and decorations.

531 Cornell was voted the 2025 winner of the Baywood Holiday Lights Award. Owners Jessica Wu and Joe Godfrey were recognized for their beautiful and festive holiday display. With so many wonderfully decorated homes throughout Baywood this year, the selection was especially challenging.
BNA congratulates Jessica and Joe and thanks all our neighbors for helping make Baywood so bright and festive this holiday season!
